Under Condition1 Seventeen (17) Super & Eight (08) Regular Vessels will be accepted for daily Booked Transit.

NEWS:

Temporary Reduction in the Number of Available Transit Booking Slots

Effective March 28, 2008 0001 hours the booking system will remove two (2) booking slots for super and one (1) booking slot for regulars.

Applications for transit under this condition will begin effective 0900 March 25.

Total slots available will be as follows:

15 Supers booked daily

Southbound: No more than nine (9) supers acceptable daily for transit of which no more than seven (7) can be “full daylight restricted” vessels.

Northbound: No more than eight (8) supers acceptable daily for transit of which no more than six (6) can be “full daylight restricted” vessels.

Daily transits will be restricted to a total of ten (10) “full daylight restricted” vessel.

8 Regulars booked daily.

No more than five (5) regulars can be booked in one direction each day.

7 days - (May 12th– May 18th) During this period delays for SUPERS 120-144 hrs southbound and northbound on account of heavy arrivals. For REGULARS 72-96 hrs north/southbound.

15 days–(May 19th – Jun 02^nd)During this period delays for SUPERS southbound / northbound we estimate 120-144 hrs. For REGULARS vessels southbound/northbound 72 hrs.

30 days–(Jun 03rd – Jul.02nd) During this period we estimate delays for SUPERS north & southbound to be within the 72 hrs and for REGULARS 36 hrs. on account of heavy arrivals.

60 days–(Jul 03rd – Aug 01st) During this period we estimate delays for SUPERS north & southbound to be within the 48 hrs and for REGULARS 36 hrs.

90 days–(Aug 02nd - Aug.31st) During this period delays for SUPERS north & southbound estimated at 36 hrs and 36 hrs for REGULARS north & southbound.

Traffic Projections and Booking

15 days - For the 1st period, booking slots not available for SUPERS and for REGULARS.

For the 2nd period booking slots available for May 26 and 29 SUPERS & slot available for May 22 for REGULARS.

30 days - For the 1st period booking slots available for June 08, 09, 10, 11 and 12 for SUPERS & slots available for June 12 for REGULARS. 2nd period Booking is to be submitted 21 days prior to the vessels transit date.

60 days - At this time 50% of the first period, booking slots have been sold Booking Applications should be submitted as soon as possible.

90 days - At this time 25% of the first period, booking slots have been sold. We Recommend that booking application be submitted as soon as possible.
