Reefer and General Cargo Vessels loaded with containers on deck, will pay an additional $42.00 per TEU, in addition to Tolls established buy the ACP based on vessels PC/UMS Net Tonnage.  The Booking Fee will be charged based on the PC/UMS Net Tonnage and $5.30 per TEU carried on deck.
